Our 3-Year Workmanship Warranty

At Rock Island Painting, we stand behind the quality of our work. We guarantee that paint and stain products applied by our team will not:

• Crack or peel from improperly prepared surfaces, exposing previously painted areas or bare material

• Blister when applied to adequately prepared surfaces

• Wear excessively under normal usage conditions

• This warranty is valid for five (3) years from the date your project is completed and is non-transferable. If any of the conditions above occur within the warranty period, we will return to repair the affected areas at no cost to the original customer.

• To make a warranty claim, simply contact us within the 3-year window from your project’s completion date.

What’s Not Covered:

• Our warranty does not apply to:

• Damage caused by abnormal or excessive use (e.g., doors that rub due to poor installation)

• Issues from vandalism, caulking separation, or drywall cracking

• Paint or stain adhesion over difficult surfaces like ceramic tile, glass, or other non-recommended substrates

• Indirect or consequential damages of any kind

• Deck and railing stains are not guaranteed because our wet climate breaks down even the best quality materials on horizontal exposed surfaces. Decks may need a fresh coat every one to two years to maintain looks and protection.
